Essential Critical Services By Appointment at ACRS Offices During COVID-19

During the Stay Home Stay Healthy order by the governor through May 4 during the COVID-19 outbreak, ACRS is offering limited essential services at ACRS offices to clients by appointment only and arranged by case managers by phone. These essential services support clients with acute, critical needs and will be determined by staff who can translate in different languages.

All clients need to schedule an appointment before coming to the ACRS building. Call or email the contacts below for each service or call the ACRS main line at 206-695-7600 and leave a message. A staff member will return your call. Clients are free to contact their counselors and case managers for phone services.

Client Appointments:

Includes remote case management and in-person appointments if urgently needed.

Intake Appointments for New Children and Youth Clients:

At-home Health Care:

Alternative modes of case management for seniors and care coordination for health home clients are ongoing.

Forensic Behavioral Health Treatment Services:

Forensic behavioral health treatment services are available at Community Center for Alternative Programs at the Yesler Building.  Call 206-695-7506 or email kaesrik@acrs.org.

Health Navigation/Community Navigators:

For health navigation to apply for medical coverage such as Medicaid/ Qualified Health Plans or food stamps, call 206-695-7506 or email kaesrik@acrs.org.

Behavioral Health Treatment

If you are experiencing an urgent emotional crisis, please contact Crisis Connection at 206-461-3222. For other mental health services, please call the ACRS mental health intake office at 206- 695-7511 or email mhintake@acrs.org.

Medication-Treatment and Recovery Services:

Medication-assisted treatment, recovery services case management and crisis response. Call 206-695-7506 or email kaesrik@acrs.org.

Employment Services:

We provide job search assistance and telephone consultations to help people navigate the Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Language capacity includes Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Vietnamese, Khmer, Amharic, Oromo, and Spanish (limited). Call Rachael Hill at 206-695-7542 or email employmentprogram@acrs.org.

Citizenship and Limited Immigration Services:

Includes assistance with the U.S. citizenship application process, citizenship interview preparation by phone, online citizenship classes and legal consultations (see below). Language capacity includes Chinese (Mandarin), Vietnamese, Khmer, Uzbek, Russian, and Spanish (with interpreters). Call Merry Wang at 206-414-9030 or email citizenshiphelp@acrs.org.

Immigration Legal Consultations:

Areas of concentration include detention and deportation defense, people seeking asylum and refugees, victims of criminal activity, and waivers. Free legal representation available for qualifying clients. Call 206-805-8917 to schedule a consultation by phone.
