HOME CARE AIDE TRAINING (HCAT)

Our HCAT program helps home care workers living in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties acquire required skills for entering the workforce and providing high-demand services for home-bound elders. Our instructors are professionals who specialize in social services, health management and training of limited-English care providers.

Washington state requires training and a formal examination before an individual can earn his or her Department of Health certification and become an authorized home care worker.
