COMMUNITY LIVING CONNECTIONS
Our Community Living Connections specialists provide information and assistance to vulnerable Asian American and Pacific Islander community members by connecting them to community resources either within ACRS or through partner organizations in King County. To address basic needs such as health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, housing, social activities and the demands of long term care, our staff can meet in person or by phone to provide individual consultations and help with accessing community resources to help elders remain active in their communities.
