Thank you for purchasing a table at the ACRS 50th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Here’s how to register a table for you and your guests:
- On the Ticketing and Registration page, enter 1 for Table (10 included). Click Next.
- Fill in your name and the required fields in the first guest entry: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Meal Choice.
- Enter confirmed guest names in the following guest entries. If you don’t have their required information yet, enter your information as placeholders. You can go back and change these later.
- For no guest names yet: Use your information for the required fields and this name convention for each guest name:
- First name: Purchaser’s last name
- Last name: Guest 1, Guest 2, etc.
- After filling in all guest fields, complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a link and a unique Team Captain Code.
- To update your guest list: Go to Ticketing and Registration and enter your Table Captain Code in the window. You can also click on the link in your registration confirmation email. After updating your guest list, click “update” at the bottom to save your changes.
