CASE MANAGEMENT & COUNSELING

Our case managers speak the languages and come from the cultures of our clients; many share similar migration experiences. We provide clients with critical resources and the support they need to access services and high-quality care. These may include mental and physical health care service, housing assistance, job training, employment, educational opportunities,  transportation and other basic needs.
