ACRS promotes the economic self-sufficiency of Asian Pacific Americans and any low-income Seattle-King County job seeker. Its Vocational and Employment Services program offers training, employment and retention services, including:
- Community college training for health, office, manufacturing and other fields
- Industry-specific, customized, two-week vocational English-as-a-Second Language classes
- Job placement assistance
- Career counseling
- 20-hour Job Readiness Training classes
- Case management to address barriers to employment, such as child care and transportation
- Job opening postings, updated daily
- Worksite literacy classes
